Maria José Costeira, Judge at the General Court of the EU, is the guest speaker for the next AdC open seminar on “Judicial review: differences between national and European systems”. The event will take place at the Abel Mateus Competition Library (premises of the AdC at Av. Berna, 19 - Lisbon), on 19 July at 5 pm.
From 1999 to 2012, Maria José Costeira was a judge at the Commercial Court of Lisbon, the court which heard appeals of AdC decisions until the creation of the specialised Competition, Regulation and Supervision Court.
