The AdC issued a decision of non-applicability to the merger Eurotagar / Hoistlift*Cariano*Value Crane.
On May 17, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law n.º 125/2014, of 18 August, decides to adopt a decision of inapplicability to the concentration operation, under the terms of paragraph a) of number 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not covered by the obligation of prior notification referred to in article 37 of this statute.
