AdC issued a decision of non-applicability to the merger BMI Group/Argibetão Assets
On 15 September 2021, exercising the powers conferred on it by Article 19 (1) d) of its statutes, approved by Decree-Law 125/2014 of 18 August, the Board of the Competition Authority issued, under Article 50 (1) a) of Law No. 19/2013, a decision of non-applicability to the merger 39/2021 - BMI Group/Argibetão Assets.
