The AdC issued a decision of non-applicability to the merger 73/2023 - OneVet / Calvet.
On December 20, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, using the powers conferred on it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125 /2014, of 18 August, decides to adopt a decision of inapplicability to the concentration operation, in accordance with subparagraph a) of paragraph 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not covered by the obligation of prior notification referred to in article 37 of this diploma.
