The AdC announced that the procedure initiated to assess the merger 14/2025 - Growth Inov*Agile Content / Wetek has been withdrawn.
On March 5, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, using the powers conferred on it by paragraph d) of § 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. 125/2014, of August 18, declares the procedure corresponding to the analysis of the Ccent operation to be extinct. No. 14/2025 – Growth Inov*Agile Content / Wetek, in accordance with article 131 of the Administrative Procedure Code.
