The Ibero-American Forum on Competition took place on 27 September 2021, in parallel with the Latin American and Caribbean Competition Forum, hosted by the OECD and the IDB.
The Ibero-American Forum on Competition is annually hosted by the AdC and the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) of Spain. In 2021, the first panel of the Forum was dedicated to competition in digital markets, hosted by the CNMC and agency-only, while the second panel was dedicated to the antitrust sanctioning policy of competition agencies, including a discussion on fines and ancillary sanctions, organized by the AdC and open to the general public
