The AdC issued a non-opposition decision to the merger 52/2021 - Ferrovial Serviços / Autonomous Business Unit of Hidurbe
On December 7, 2021, exercising the powers conferred on it by Article 19 (1) d) of its statutes, approved by Decree-Law 125/2014 of 18 August, the Board of the AdC decided, under Article 50 (1) b) of Law No. 19/2013, not to oppose the operation on the grounds that it is not likely to create significant impediments to effective competition in the national market or in a substantial part of it.
