The AdC issued a non-opposition decision to the merger 38/2023 - Albus*USSL*Aatif Hassan / Dukes Education.
On 2 August 2023, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. 125/2014, of 18 August, decides to adopt a decision of non-opposition, to the present concentration operation, under the terms of subparagraph b) of number 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not likely to create significant obstacles to competition in Portugal.
