The AdC issued a non-opposition decision to the merger 24/2022 - SG Portugal / Fibroplac*Falper*Falper ES.
On 25 July 2022, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by subparagraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. /2014, of 18 August, resolves to adopt a decision not to oppose the concentration operation, under the terms of subparagraph b) of paragraph 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not susceptible to create significant barriers to effective competition in the identified relevant markets.
