The AdC issued a decision of non-applicability to the merger 52/2024 - Busway / CIM.
On October 9, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, using the powers conferred on it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125 /2014, of August 18, resolves to adopt a decision of inapplicability to the concentration operation, in accordance with paragraph a) of § 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, as it is not covered by the prior notification obligation referred to in the article 37 of this diploma.
