The AdC issued a decision of non-applicability to the merger 42/2024 - Euroatla / Igacargo.
On September 10, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the use of the competence conferred upon it by subparagraph d) of Article 19(1) of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125 /2014, from Aug. 18, deliberates to adopt an inapplicability decision, pursuant to paragraph a) of Article 50(1) of the Competition Act, as the projected operation is not covered by the notification obligation prior to which Article 37 of this diploma.
