The AdC issued a decision of non-applicability to the merger 27/2022 - Controlauto / Auto-Chavemor.
On 25 July 2022, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by subparagraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. /2014, of 18 August, resolves to adopt a decision of inapplicability to the concentration operation, under the terms of subparagraph a) of paragraph 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not covered by the obligation of prior notification referred to in article 37 of this diploma.
