The AdC announced that the procedure initiated to assess the Merger Wonderbox SAS / TopCo SAS has been withdrawn
On October 18, 2022, in view of the request submitted by the Notifier to withdraw from the operation, the Council of the Competition Authority, using the powers conferred on it by subparagraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by the Decree -Law No. 125/2014, of 18 August, declares the procedure corresponding to the analysis of the Ccent transaction to be extinct. 23/2022 – Wonderbox SAS / TopCo SAS, under the terms of article 131 of the Administrative Procedure Code, on the assumption that the notified concentration operation will not take place.
