The AdC announced that the procedure initiated to assess the Merger Wedding Planner / Zankyou Ventures has been withdrawn.
On December 20, 2022, in view of the request presented by the Notifier to withdraw from the operation, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19. of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. 125/2014, of August 18, declares the procedure corresponding to the analysis of concentration operation no. 39/2022 – Wedding Planner / Zankyou Ventures, under the terms of article 95 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
