On March 20, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, using the powers conferred on it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. 125 /2014, of 18 August, it is proposed to initiate an in-depth investigation into the concentration operation, in accordance with paragraph c) of paragraph 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, as it raises serious doubts, in light of the elements collected, and in consideration of the criteria defined in article 41, regarding its compatibility with the criterion established in § 3 of article 41 of the same diploma, with regard to the identified relevant market.
