Wouter Wils – “Fundamental Rights and Competition Enforcement”
"Fundamental Rights and Competition Enforcement" was the topic of the AdC Open Seminar with Wouter Wils on October 17th 2019.
Wouter Wils is the Hearing Officer for competition proceedings at the European Commission and Visiting Professor at King’s College London. With degrees in both economics and law from Louvain, Utrecht and Harvard, Prof. Wils is the author of a variety of legal and economic publications. As a Member of the Legal Service of the European Commission from 1994 to 2010, he represented the Commission in more than 300 cases before the EU and EFTA Courts.
