The evolution of liquid fuel prices, the parallelism and the "rockets and feathers" phenomenon are themes of the seminar "Fuel Prices: Deconstructing the Myth", that the Federal Trade Commission Board Member, William Kovacic, spoke about, invited by the Portuguese Competition Authority.
Reputed expert in competition issues, William E. Kovacic is currently serving a seven-year term as a board member of the Federal Trade Commission, which he chaired until 2009.
