It is my pleasure to host you in Lisbon, at an event which seeks to promote debate on recent trends in competition policy and practice. As in past editions, the Lisbon Conference brings together renowned specialists from Portugal and abroad in competition law and economics.

The Lisbon Conference, which will take place on 18 and 19 October 2018, is also a commemoration of the 15th anniversary of the AdC.
