Innovation and Efficiency in Public Procurement
The Informal Working Group "Innovation and Efficiency in Public Procurement", which includes the Competition Authority (AdC), the Shared Services Entity of the Public Administration (eSPap), the Court of Auditors, the Inspectorate General of Finance (IGF) and the Institute of Public Markets, Real Estate and Construction (IMPIC), met at the premises of the Competition Authority on 23 January. The meeting aimed to present the Combating Collusion in Public Procurement Campaign, an initiative of the AdC organized in partnership with eSPap. The campaign was launched in June 2016 and aims to draw attention to the main signs of collusion in public tenders, as well as ways to prevent this type of practice.
