Giulio Federico, head of the Merger Unit in the Chief Economist Team (CET) of the Directorate General for Competition (DG Comp) at the European Commission, presented the topic Efficiencies in Merger Control at the September open seminar at the PCA.
Among other topics, Giulio Federico has been addressing the issue of innovation, as well as the topic of dynamic efficiencies (and inefficiencies) in merger control.
