"The legal framework of competition policy in Angola" was the topic of the AdC Open Seminar with Adalberto Cawaia on October 22nd 2019.
Adalberto Cawaia is responsible for the Legal Department of the new Angolan Competition Authority (Autoridade Reguladora da Concorrência). The invited speaker holds a law degree from Agostinho Neto University in Luanda, Angola, and is a lawyer with forensic practice in both the public and private sectors, in the areas of Constitutional, Civil, Administrative, Criminal, Labour and Corporate Law.
