​The President highlighted the low competitive dynamics of the sector. In 2020, the AdC investigated and sanctioned cartels in the telecommunications sector. The President of the AdC also noted the importance of promoting consumer mobility, with the transposition of the European Electronic Communications Code, as well as the relevance of adopting measures in the auction rules aimed at promoting entry of new operators.
