The AdC issued a non-opposition decision to the merger 58/2024 - Siemens Healthineers /Adacap Portugal.
On October 2, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, using the powers conferred on it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125 /2014, of August 18, resolves to adopt a Non-Opposition Decision, in accordance with paragraph b of § 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since the merger operation is not likely to create significant obstacles to effective competition in the market national or a substantial part thereof.
