The AdC issued a non-opposition decision to the merger 5/2023 - Vértice Solar*Eurotróia*TIIC 2 / Placegar.
On February 28, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the use of the jurisdiction conferred upon it by paragraph 1 of Article 19 (1) of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law No. 125 /2014, of 18 August, deliberates a decision not to oppose the concentration operation, pursuant to paragraph 1 (b) of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not susceptible to Create significant obstacles to effective competition in the domestic or substantial part of it.
