The AdC issued a non-opposition decision to the merger 34/2023 - Indra / Park Air.
On 20 July 2023, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. /2014, of 18 August, decides to adopt a decision not to oppose the concentration operation, under the terms of subparagraph b) of number 1 of article 50 of the Competition Law, since it is not likely to create significant obstacles to competition in Portugal.
