The AdC issued a non-opposition decision to the merger 19/2023 - RNM / Drogas Vigo.
On 31 May, the Board of Directors of the Competition Authority, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph d) of paragraph 1 of article 19 of the Statutes, approved by Decree-Law no. 125/2014 , of 18 August, decides to adopt a decision of non-opposition to the concentration operation, under the terms of article 50(1)(b) of the Competition Law, as it is not likely to create obstacles significant to effective competition in the national market or in a substantial part of it.
