AdC ensures continuity of its activities and encourages the use of the available electronic tools
The AdC is ensuring the continuity of its activities in competition enforcement. In the current COVID-19 context, the AdC adopted measures that mitigate health risks for employees and stakeholders, with a sense of responsibility and orientation towards the common good. All open seminars have been cancelled, the AdC Competition Library is closed, meetings take place through phone or videoconference and a significant part of its staff is teleworking. Critical functions are ensured by the presence of our staff. The AdC thus encourages all interested parties to use the available electronic tools, e.g. Complaints Portal, the mergers notifications system (SNEOC) and others available on our website.
