AdC publishes its Competition Policy Priorities for 2019

Among the competition policy priorities for 2019, established by the President of the AdC, is the detection and investigation of anticompetitive practices, namely cartels. As a means of achieving this, the AdC will continue its campaign on Fighting Bid-rigging in Public Procurement, but also seeking cooperation agreements which provide access to data. There will also be a greater focus on new methods of coordination between companies and abuse of dominance using, for example, algorithms or artificial intelligence.
