Open Seminar “Simple solutions for complicated problems? Fin, digital and other techs”
For the second January Open Seminar, the AdC welcomes Philip Marsden
, Professor of Law and Economics at the College of Europe, Bruges. With a number of UK government roles, including being Deputy Chair of the Bank of England’s Enforcement Decision Making Committee and case decisionmaker at the Financial Conduct Authority, the Payment Systems Regulator and OFGEM, he recently acted as a member of HM Treasury’s Expert Panel on Digital Competition, led by Jason Furman.
The seminar on the topic of “Simple solutions for complicated problems? Fin, digital and other techs” will take place on Thursday, January 30th, at 5pm in the Abel Mateus Competition Library at the AdC (Avenida de Berna 19, 1st floor).
Attendance is free of charge but subject to prior registration

The AdC decided to extend the deadline of the public consultation about the AdC’s report on “Loyalty in Telecom Services”, from 20 to 35 workdays, until 29 January 2020.
