“Simple solutions for complicated problems? Fin, digital and other techs” was the topic of the AdC Open Seminar with Philip Marsden, which took place on January 30th 2020.
Philip Marsden is a Professor of Law and Economics at the College of Europe, Bruges. With a number of UK government roles, including being Deputy Chair of the Bank of England’s Enforcement Decision Making Committee and case decisionmaker at the Financial Conduct Authority, the Payment Systems Regulator and OFGEM, he recently acted as a member of HM Treasury’s Expert Panel on Digital Competition, led by Jason Furman.
