Conference on Competition Law

and Economics.

Lisbon. 18 and 19 October 2018.

It is my pleasure to host you in Lisbon, at an event which seeks to promote debate on recent trends in competition policy and practice. As in past editions, the Lisbon Conference brings together renowned specialists from Portugal and abroad in competition law and economics.

The Lisbon Conference, which will take place on 18 and 19 October 2018, is also a commemoration of the 15th anniversary of the AdC.

Charismatic, verstaile and cosmopolitan, Lisbon is also a city which preserves tradition and holds a rich heritage, history and singular culture.

Known as the city of seven hills, it is not hard to find viewpoints with the best views. Walking through Lisbon’s neighbourhoods, you may cross paths with fado and peculiar architecture.

Increasingly sought out for tourism, Lisbon offers hospitality, security, diverse activities, restaurants and a unique gastronomy. Not to mention the sun. Enjoy your stay in the city.
